互联网+环境下虚拟现实产品越来越普及,本文以收集网络用户感知评价数据为基础,对数据进行词云分析、高频词分析、以及受众群体整体情感倾向分析等研究方法对用户评价数据进行梳理与分析。研究结果发现:情节体验为虚拟现实产品用户体验的核心,但服务环境和质量略显不足。文章最后提出对虚拟现实产品未来发展的建议。

The virtual reality products in Internet plus environment are becoming more and more popular. Based on the collected user perception evaluation data, this paper analyzes and analyzes the user evaluation data by analyzing the data by word cloud analysis, high-frequency word analysis, and the overall sentiment tendency analysis of the audience. The results show that plot experience is the core of user experience of virtual reality products, but the service environment and quality are slightly insufficient. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of virtual reality products
