- 构建高职艺术设计专业实践教学质量评价体系，是实施精益化管理的重要手段。本文从高职艺术设计专业实践教学质量评价存在的问题入手，分析高职艺术设计专业实践教学引入精益管理模式的必要性，提出基于“精益”管理的高职艺术设计专业实践教学质量评价体系四项建构原则，即全程布控，强化过程性质量评价体系；以人为本，构建递进式教学体系；精准分类，分类分布考核要求；对接行业标准，实施多维度评价。并以毕业设计为例，从小班导师制的组织形式、一书一版一物一展览的考核类型、四次答辩的过程化质量评价等方面进行精益管理的探索，以期为高职艺术设计专业实践教学质量的提升提供新的思路。 Abstract: Constructing a complete evaluation index system for practice teaching quality evaluation system in Artistic Designing of Higher Vocational College is an important means to l ean management. Focusing on the problems, The article analyses the necessity of drawing into the l ean management. The method of lean management is Processing evaluation , progressive teaching system, the precision of examination requirement and multi-dimensional content. In order to search a new idea for improving the quality of practice teaching quality evaluation, the article explores some useful attempts on the graduation design, such as tutorial system, evaluation contents of a report, a layout, a product model and an exhibition, thesis oral defense for four times .
