随着文化“走出去”倡议的推进,中国书画艺术被赋予了新时代的意义,它的海外传播不仅能够增强海外侨胞对中国艺术的认同感,更有利于拓展中国书画艺术产业的海外市场。虽然相较于发达国家,中国文化传播方面依然存在不足,但坚定不移地贯彻文化“走出去”,坚持文化自信,在传播过程中激发海外侨胞群体的主人翁意识,构建艺术文化企业与教育机构的协同发展模式,创新文化表现方式,可以进一步推动中国书画艺术的海外传播。这不仅是中国实现文化自信的需要,更是增强民族凝聚力,向世界讲述中国故事的需要。

With the advancement of the cultural "going out" initiative, Chinese calligraphy and painting art has been given the significance of the new era, and its overseas dissemination can not only enhance the sense of identity of overseas Chinese compatriots with Chinese art, but also help to expand the overseas market of Chinese calligraphy and painting art industry. Although there are still deficiencies in the dissemination of Chinese culture compared with developed countries, unswervingly implementing cultural "going out", adhering to cultural self-confidence, stimulating the sense of ownership of overseas Chinese groups in the process of dissemination, building a coordinated development model of art and cultural enterprises and educational institutions, and innovating cultural expression methods can further promote the overseas dissemination of Chinese calligraphy and painting art. This is not only the need for China to achieve cultural self-confidence, but also the need to enhance national cohesion and tell the Chinese story to the world.
