- 苏州是我国传统工艺美术的重要基地，在面临种种困难的情况下，将现代版权思维与传统技艺结合，是其实现繁荣振兴的重要途径之一。一些从业者已经开始运用版权创作和保护作品，并产生了一定的效果成效。但受行业传统特性、业者教育背景、现实制约因素的影响，版权与传统工艺美术的结合还是初步的。推动版权思维与传统工艺美术进一步融合，需要采取普及版权知识，实施政策引导，提供专业服务，完善维权保护等措施。
- Abstract:
- Suzhou is an important base of traditional arts and crafts in China, in the face of various difficulties, the combination of modern copyright thinking and traditional skills, is one of the important ways to achieve prosperity and revitalization. Some practitioners have begun to use copyright to create and protect works, and have produced some results. However, the combination of copyright and traditional arts and crafts is still preliminary due to the influence of the traditional characteristics of the industry, the educational background of practitioners and the realistic constraints. To promote the further integration of copyright thinking and traditional arts and crafts, it is necessary to popularize copyright knowledge, implement policy guidance, provide professional services, improve the protection of rights and other measures.
