职业教育信息化2.0建设、数字化诉求等对艺术类教师的教学关键能力提出了新的要求,教师角色转变日益紧迫。职业院校艺术类教师的数字素养水平及其培养成为备受关注的议题。基于此,本文从数字赋能的背景入手,探讨数字赋能视阈下艺术类教师数字素养的理解,并重点教师自身数字素养的内化、教师数字+教学技能的培训体系、教师数字素养的评估标准建设以及教师数字与专业结合的制度保障这四个方面提出可行措施,对线上教学的现状进行总结和分析,以实现艺术类教师教学关键能力提升,助力职业教育高质量发展。

With the advent of the digital economy era, vocational education needs to adapt to the new pattern and new changes. The construction of vocational education informatization 2.0 and the demand for digitalization have put forward new requirements for the key teaching abilities of art teachers, and the transformation of teachers’’ roles is increasingly urgent. The digital competence and training of art teachers in vocational colleges have become a topic of great concern. Based on this, this paper starts with the background of digital empowerment, discusses the understanding of art teachers’’ digital competence under the vision of digital empowerment, and puts forward feasible measures in four aspects: the internalization of teachers’’ digital competence, the training system of teachers’’ digital + teaching skills, the construction of teachers’’ digital competence evaluation standards, and the institutional guarantee of teachers’’ digital and professional integration, and summarizes and analyzes the current situation of online teaching, In order to improve the key teaching ability of art teachers and help the high-quality development of vocational education.
